Make it a shared system
Allyos really clicks when your whole team is in the same workspace. When everyone shares the same context, nobody has to ask, "Did you reply to that client yet?" Anyone can pick up a conversation exactly where a teammate left off.
Here is how to get everyone on board:
1Invite your teammates
Head to your workspace settings, find the Members section, and send out email invites. They will get a link to join your space immediately.
2Set their permissions
When you invite someone, you assign them a role. There are three:
- Owner: Full control over everything, including the ability to permanently delete the workspace. Usually just the person who created it.
- Admin: Can handle almost every operation, from managing members and settings to editing data. The one thing they cannot do is delete the workspace entirely.
- Member: Can view all your data and do their day-to-day work, but is blocked from making big, high-impact changes like editing workspace settings and similar admin-level actions.
Most people on your team will be Members. Give Admin to the people who help you run the workspace.
That is the initial setup done. Your workspace is ready, your data is imported, and your team is on board.
