Let Allyos join your meetings and log everything automatically
Allyos can sit in your meetings for you. The Allyos Note Taker joins your Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams calls, records what was said, and logs everything straight to the contact and company records involved. No switching tabs, no copy-pasting notes after the call.
1Enable the Note Taker
Open Settings and go to the Connected Account section. Turn on the Note Taker and connect it to your calendar. Allyos will then automatically join any meeting that has a contact record in your workspace.
2It joins the call for you
When your meeting starts, the Allyos Note Taker joins as a participant. It listens, records, and transcribes the conversation in real time. You stay focused on the person in front of you.
3Notes land on the right records
Once the call ends, Allyos attaches the summary and transcript to every contact and company that was part of the meeting. Open any record and the full conversation history is already there.
4Everything is searchable
The transcript and summary are fully searchable inside Allyos. If you need to find what a client said about pricing three weeks ago, just search for it.
The Note Taker joins as a visible bot participant. Everyone in the meeting can see it is present.
