Connect your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account and Allyos starts logging your interactions automatically. No copy-pasting, no manual updates. Every email and meeting lands where it belongs.
1Connect your account
Open Settings and go to the Connected Account section. From there, link your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account. Once connected, Allyos begins syncing in the background.
2Emails log themselves
Every email you send or receive with a saved contact is automatically added to their profile interactions column, so you always have a record of the last point of contact.
3Meetings appear on records
Calendar events tied to your connected account show up on the matching contact and company records automatically, giving you a clean, chronological history of every interaction.
4You stay in control
For each email you choose exactly how much your teammates can see.
- Subject only shares just the subject line with your team.
- Private keeps the thread visible to you alone.
- Full share lets your whole team read both the subject and the body.
